"Sandi and Pam are wonderful to work with and both are consummate professionals. As we prepared to sell our house, they were there to give advice and always had time to visit or answer calls and emails. We followed their suggestions, which did take some work, and when ready, put our house on the market. All I can say is the preparation paid off and in a whirlwind of activity, we felt completely supported by Sandi and Pam. Our house was on the market for five days and during that time we had about twenty-five showings. We had already purchased our new house, so seeing the interest in this property was calming our nerves but moreover Sandi and Pam were almost psychic in that the items they said to do to prepare were what the prospective buyers were most pleased with. Originally referred to her by 2 coworkers, when it came time to sell the house there was no doubt in who I would seek out to help with the selling.
